Placement Policy

Premium Listings
Order of placement is on a first-come-first-served basis. However, the top banner position rotates all premium listings. That is, each page view will show a different premium listing at the top banner position. So, no matter when you place your Premium Listing, you will be assured excellent visibility!
Yellow Listings
Order of these listings randomly rotates within the Yellow section, regardless of when you place your listing. Yellow listings do not share in the top banner rotation.

Advertising Terms and Conditions

All Terms and Conditions of use of this site apply to advertisers. There are no refunds on advertising purchases. Our rates are monthly and based on a 12 month commitment. If you cancel your listing prior to the twelfth month, you may not be allowed to advertise with BailBond.com in the future. Cancellation requires 30 notice from advertiser. Annual renewals are not automatic. You will be notified of your renewal 30 days prior to expiration of the twelve month period. Failure to renew prior to expiration may result in loss of Premium Listing placement order on the site. That is, your Premium Listing may drop below another listing because it had expired and is treated as a new listing. Yellow listings rotate and are not affected by this renewal policy.
